• When will I receive my order?
If in stock, the majority of orders placed before 5pm Sunday to Friday will be posted on the following day and orders placed on a Saturday will be posted on the following Monday using the most appropriate method. As soon as your order has been posted we will email you to confirm the estimated delivery time.
• Can I return items?
Items may only be returned if damaged or incorrect. If this is the case with your order please complete the Contact Us form.
• What do I do if the items I receive are incorrect?
If you receive incorrect items in your order please email me using the Contact Us form and the correct items will be sent out to you as soon as possible. We are very confident that this will not happen therefore as way of apology we will not ask you to return the incorrect items to us.
