• When will I receive my order?
When an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email which will confirm that we have all the items in stock and when your order will be posted. If any of the items are out of stock then we will forward these on to you at a later date, at no extra cost.
• Can I return items?
Items may only be returned if damaged or incorrect. If this is the case with your order please complete the Contact Us form.
• What do I do if the items I receive are incorrect?
If you receive incorrect items in your order please email me using the Contact Us form and the correct items will be sent out to you as soon as possible. We are very confident that this will not happen therefore as way of apology we will not ask you to return the incorrect items to us.
